• a working printer,
• paper, or even better: cardstock,
• scissors, and
• glue stick, clear tape or other adhesive.

1. open & print 2011.pdf to hang on your wall (boring), and/or
2. open & print 2011A.pdf and 2011B.pdf,
3. cut them out,
4. fold them, and
5. tape them
